Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.


By placing an order with Outset Editions, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents permission to buy from us.



All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by us as responsible for the personal information.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you.

The information you provide will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to request us to delete or correct the information held about you.




Payments
Payments will be processed through Shopify.



Preorders will be processed at the time of purchase.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.



Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Once the payment is made, you will receive one email confirmation of your order with the details of your order.



Once the order is precessed you will receive another email with a tracking number.




Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only throughout the USA. Local delivery is only available in Amsterdam, Netherlands (5km radius to West, South, and East)

The books are carefully packed and shipped in protective envelopes or card board boxes to avoid damage during shipping.

Preorders will be shipped on the launch date.

Packages ship within 3 business days from the date we receive the order. They will arrive 2-8 days later. Items are shipped directly from Texas using the US Postal Service Media Mail.

Local delivery within 1-5 business days from the date we receive the order. All delivery arrangements will be communicated through Shopify. Delivery fee will show at checkout before order is processed.

If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact us at info@outseteditions.com and we will advise you accordingly.




Return Policy
Goods can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. You may return goods only if they are received damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered.

Please contact us at info@outseteditions.com before returning the goods.

Once we receive your item, you will be refunded the costs of the goods, minus the original shipping costs.
